Capital gains tax. We still have a 0% tax on capital gains in the right situation. That right situation is people that are in the 15% tax bracket or less. In most cases, that’s about $100,000 including the capital gains for a married couple, or $50,000, including the capital gains for an individual. So if you have some stock and you do it right, you could pay zero percent capital gains and put that money in your pocket. Make sure you’re not leaving money on the table by just winging it.
