We are getting close to the tax deadline for corporations partnerships LLCs. Anything that was basically a separate entity on March 15th. If you have are not ready to file those tax returns. Remember that’s partnerships and LLCs. A lot of times if you’re a single-member LLC, this does not apply but partnership LLC or multi members, you need to go ahead and think about filing an extension. The penalties are steep. If you do not file that on time, it’s better to have an extension today even if you hit the button on March 15. Better to have an extension than not. If you need help, call 615-367-0819.
